The Founder and Executive Director of BALANCE eating disorder treatment center™ and melainie rogers nutrition, llc. In 2002, Melainie developed the largest private group nutrition practice specializing in eating disorders in New York City. She is passionate about helping others find a true healthy relationship to food.

 

Blake Bittle, RDN

DIRECTOR OF NUTRITION SERVICES (she/her)

Blake employs a Non-Diet, All Foods Fit approach to assist clients in rediscovering their internal cues and help them make peace with food and eating. She brings evidence-based counseling principles, health promoting interventions, and a curiosity for lived experience into her sessions.

Sarah Mandel, MS, RD

LEAD REGISTERED DIETITIAN (she/her)

Prior to her graduate studies, she worked in communications for multiple non-profit organizations, where she promoted initiatives to build a more equitable food system. She holds a BA in Sociology from Hamilton College. Sarah is passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and employs a Non-Diet, All Foods Fit approach.

Jennifer Norris, MS, RD

REGISTERED DIETITIAN (she/her)

Jennifer is passionate about deconstructing the unrealistic expectations and societal norms that perpetuate diet culture and weight stigma. Her nutrition philosophy focuses on finding nourishment and joy in eating, while healing and cultivating a healthy relationship with food.

Krizia Crooke, RD

Krizia is passionate about empowering individuals to experience peace with food and eating by incorporating an Anti-Diet, All Foods Fit approach.

Danielle Musto, MS, RD

REGISTERED DIETITIAN (she/her)

Danielle works with her clients to promote healthy relationships with food and body using a non-diet, all foods fit philosophy. She is passionate about empowering her clients to live their fullest and happiest lives.

 

Genevieve Prushinski, MS, RD

REGISTERED DIETITIAN (she/her)

Genevieve utilizes a HAES (Health at Every Size), anti-diet approach in her work with clients as they journey to make peace with food and their bodies.

Brianne’s professional affiliations include the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. She encourages others to listen to their bodies to foster a good relationship with hunger, fullness, and mindful eating.
